Cancelation & reschedule

Your Appointments are very important to us and are reserved especially for YOU! Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice (48-72 hrs is preferred). Please under that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours will result in $25(for shellac appointment) or $50( for gel appointment) fee added to your next service.

Any "NO SHOW" will result in a NO NEW APPOINTMENT.

If you are going to be 5 or more minutes late to our scheduled appointment, please call 9058896966, we MAY NOT be able to provide the full service scheduled.
